Who are Hay Hotfooters?
Your Local Running Club
We meet every week and often have social meet ups regularly each month
We generally run around the streets and countryside of Hay on Wye. Our members also embark on their own adventures entering race events throughout the country.
Hay Hotfooters are made up from all walks of life, ages, gender and ability. The common factor is that we love running no matter how far or how fast!

Our Regular runs

We invite newcomers to try a few run sessions as a trial before you decide to become a member
Thursday Club Night Run
We meet outside Tomititos Tapas bar at 6.15pm for a quick club up date and then divide into groups. We usually have a walking/injured group, a moderate running group and a quick & fit group.
Tuesday Recovery Run
We meet at the top of the main Car park in Hay to start our run at 6.15pm. We run as one group and take it easy. This is ideal for new comers or for those getting over an injury or have had a hard run at the weekend and need to relax their legs.
Sunday Social Run
These runs usually start early on a Sunday morning and are longer, but slower. We take it in turns to 'Lead' a run and they are up and about in the local countryside. They usually involve hills and mud!
